Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Head of the South Kalimantan High Court Nashruddien states three suspected related to land acquisition for Syamsuddin Noor airport expansion.

"The case has been upgraded to the investigation stage," he said in a press conference in South Kalimantan Attorney General's office on Tuesday.

Attorney has determined the suspects namely SP (Acquisition Committee Chairman), E of the BPN and the SS from private sector. "They are suspected of committing criminal offenses detrimental to the state money," he said.

In the process of land acquisition for expansion of the airport it indicated irregularities. For example, compensation was given not to the actual owners.

"We're going to seriously develop this case, because approximately Rp135 billion state money from the state budget was spent for the benefit of the airport expansion," he explained.

In addition to the airport case, the High Court also expose cases of community forest seedling development in Banjar District using state money Rp6 billion. "In that case also set three suspects," he said.
