Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The government  of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, through the Agriculture and Fisheries Agency operate dock for freshwater fish landing in the town.

The inauguration of the operation by the Mayor of Banjarmasin H Muhidin marked by the release of 12 thousand 
tilapia fingerlings to River Martapura. The mayor expects the tilapia fish can breed in the river that divides the city of Banjarmasin.

"The pier also as Freshwater Fish Auction (TPI) was constructed with Rp1,8 billion of funds and perhaps the only 
freshwater fish TPI in the country," he said as the ceremony attended by Deputy Mayor Irwan Ansari, Head of Agriculture and Fisheries Agency Doyo and the Regional Secretary Zulfadli Gazali.

In many other areas in the country, docks and TPI are for sea fish, while the city managed to withdrawal charges may be only in this area . From here, said Head of Technical Implementation Unit of freshwater fish landings of Agriculture and Fisheries Agency H Syamsul Bahri, governmentrevenues increased from freshwater fish boat landing.

Here people buying and selling freshwater fish, also available  fishing boats dock, and parking of motor vehicles. It facilitates transactions of freshwater fish from various regions of South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.

Withdrawal charges in accordance with the Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2012 on TPI Fees every vessel berthing. 
Retribution ship dock Rp5,000 for types of small boats, motor boats  Rp10,000, and large motor boats Rp15,000, while motor boats up to 7 - GT charges Rp20,000.

Meanwhile, fitting entrance to the area per day are Rp50,000 for agents and retailers, and Rp1,000 for shoppers, or visitors per person per day. In addition, truck fitted into Rp10,000, pick up Rp5,000, Rp1,000 for motorcycles and Rp500 for bicycles.
