The City Government of Banjarbaru launched 2020 Calendar of Event in Kuta Beach, Bali, Sunday (Dec 22, 2019). It was successful and lively.
Banjarbaru Mayor Nadjmi Adhani here on Monday (Dec 23, 2019) said, Bali's Kuta Beach was the perfect location to launch the 2020 Calendar of Event, because Bali is the world best tourist place.
Especially the island is always full of local and foreign tourist, and Kuta Beach is a gathering place for tourist from various parts of the world.
"This activity is the boldness of the City Government of Banjarbaru, as we want to make Banjarbaru to be better known by tourists, not only at regional or national level, but also abroad," the mayor remarked.
Let alone, the access to the city now become more easier and more comfortable with the presence of Syamsudin Noor International Airport in Banjarbaru.

Meanwhile, the activities began with a combination attraction of Banjar and Bali dance and culture which attracted many local and foreign tourist to gather around the stage to witness the event.
It featured Madihin Art, Banjar dances such as Gadis Mamurun and Bali dances such as Legong, embroidered Sasirangan fashion show exhibited by Banjarbaru's Nanang-Galuh and Bali's Teruna-Teruni.
Banjarbaru's Calendar of Event launching promoted various of events in Banjarbaru during 2020. It featured art, culture, creativity, and uniqueness, and diversity of Banjarbaru society.
The events inlcuding Panglima Batur Street Festival (April 10-12), Banjarbaru Great Sale (April 1-30), Banjarbaru Fair, Bird Show and Competition (April 18), Fun Race XC – VIII (April 19), Banjarbaru Anniversary (April 20), Ramadhan cake Fair (April 24).
Then Badamaran Festival (May 15), Tadarus Poetry (May 16), Banjarbaru Dance Festival (June 12), Murdjani Jazz Festival (June 19,20,21), Banjarbaru Ethno Festival Bazaar MSME (July 10-12).
Pentol (Meatball) Festival (July 4), Grand Final Nanang Galuh Pageant (August 8), Islamic Culture Festival (August 20-23), Adventure Trail (September).
To support the efforts of Banjarbaru Government, Badung Regent, represented by Head of its Tourism Agency I Made Badra offered Badung-Banjarbaru agreement to enhance the development of tourism and culture through Beyond Fair in June 2020.
