The South Hulu Sungai Capital Investment, One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMTPTSP-HSS) conducted service excellence training in Banjarmasin City.


Head of the Office Hj Elyani Yustika in Banjarmasin on Friday (26/7) said the training was aimed at giving participants the ability to provide and have a five-star service attitude and personality.

"In addition, participants are also expected to be able to manage community complaints in accordance with the applicable operational standards, for the activity sources coming from KANAKA Training from Yogyakarta," he said.

HSS District Secretary H. Muhammad Noor said he welcomed the implementation of this service excellence training and hoped it could improve the quality of services to the DPMPTSP-HSS service.

He said, one of the spearheads of service to the community is employees. They are required not only to master the administration, but to provide maximum service to the community.
