Local and foreign tourists crowded into several tourist attractions in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, since D+2 Eid-al-Fitr.


"The most popular visits is Angsana Beach. Visitors reach 4500 per day," Head of the Tanah Bumbu Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office Hamaluddin said through Secretary, Jabir, in Batulicin on Saturday.

Currently three tourist attractions are the mainstay to be promoted by the district government, namely Angsana Beach, Rindu Alam Beach in Kusan Hilir Sub-district and Liang Bangkai Cave in Mentewe Sub-district.

He said the number of visitors who came to Rindu Alam Beach currently reached 1,500 people, while in the Liang Bangkai attraction around 500 people.

In national holidays and school holidays most visitors who come to Tanah Bumbu tourist attraction come from outside, such as the city of Banjarmasin and its surroundings. Some even come from abroad.

The attraction of tourists visiting Tanah Bumbu, especially Angsana Beach, is the beauty of underwater biota that can be seen by swimming or diving wearing diving masks and snorkels.

Visitors can also enjoy the beauty of the sea at night. The local tourism manager has provided lodging at the beach location at an affordable price.
