A variety of culinary offerings ranging from ketupat kandangan to samin rice are provided at the open house held by the South Hulu Sungai (HSS) District Head H Achmad Fikry along with the district government (Pemkab) in the district pavilion.
Sungai Raya resident, Imah, in Kandangan, Wednesday (5/6), said she was grateful to be able to attend the open house. She intentionally came with her family because she had wanted to experience a holiday with the HSS Regent and staff.
"Indeed, I have never been at an open house, so I really want to attend at the same time I want to take pictures with the Regent. Thank God, I have accomplished it," she said.
Everything that comes without exception is served with kindly and smiles by the main officials of the HSS Regency Government. For those present, there is also a varied food menu.
Starting from satay, soto banjar, ketupat kandangan, meatballs and rice samin and all meals are provided specifically for people who come to visit.
The atmosphere of intimacy and kinship was felt in the open house, which was flooded with people from various circles, ranging from officials, businessmen, traders, farmers and other general public
Previously, while carrying a grandchild, the HSS Regent along with all family members left the house to the pavilion which was next to the official residence of the regent's residence.
The open house began with a gesture to the Mother of the HSS Regent accompanied by Hj. Isnaniah Achmad Fikry, respectively with her beloved sons and daughters and grandchildren.
