Batulicin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The government-owned tap water company PDAM Tanah Bumbu cooperates with Pos Indonesia Branch of Batulicin to improve services to the community.
Director of PDAM Tanah Bumbu Sobari through the Head of General Section Zulkarnain in Batulicin, Friday, said this cooperation had been initiated since one year ago, but its implementation has only been running in the last one month.
"There are a lot of things that need to be studied regarding the cooperation so that the implementation can only run for the last month and in the future, this cooperation will continue to be carried out to improve the quality of service to customers," said Zulkarnain
He explained, PDAM customers now no longer need to go far to the PDAM office for monthly bill payments. Payment can now be through the nearest post office.
Customers who want to make a transaction simply show the PDAM account to the post office clerk. Then the number will be inputted and the invoice nominal will automatically appear.
Meanwhile, the PDAM continues to serve customers who want to make monthly bill payments directly to the PDAM office.
"We are committed to continuing to improve services for customers, even in this case the PDAM also prepares about three water tank cars to supply customers who experience disruption to water services," he concluded.
