Kotabaru, South Kalimantan 3/11 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Kotabaru District Government, South Kalimantan, has begun implementing Development Planning Information System or e-planning on the 2018 preparation of work plan and budget.


"E-planning can be accessed by anyone, including the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)," said Kotabaru Regional Secretary H Said Akhmad Assegaf here, Friday.

E-planning is applied as the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 54/2010 on the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 8/2008 on Stages, Procedures for Formulating, Controlling, and Evaluating the Implementation of Regional Development Plans.

The e-planning information system is expected to help accelerate the timely completion of development planning.

Then, e-planning will keep the suitability of work program arrangement and budget so as not to deviate from the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD).

E-planning can be accessed by the community as a form of government information disclosure.

"Thus the proposal can no longer be changed beyond e-planning," said the secretary.

Meanwhile, in discussions of the 2018 Regional Budget Plan, Kotabaru has compiled 490 detailed work programs in 2,400 activities.

"The main focus of activities on infrastructure development, such as roads and bridges," said Head of Kotabaru Planning Board (Bappeda) Zainal Arifin.

To finance all these activities, the required budget is estimated to reach Rp2.5 trillion.
