Head of Hajj and Umrah Organizers of the South Kalimantan Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) H Syukeriansyah on Sunday said the first kloter will enter the hostel on August 8, 2016 at around 21:00 pm and will depart on schedule at 23.30 pm.
"So our first flight group is starting to get into the hostel in the evening and to be departed at the same night later," he said.
According to Syukeriansyah, the first kloter of Banjarmasin embarkation with 300 pilgrims will be flown by Saudi Arabian Airlines plane.
"The plan is our Governor H Sahbirin Noor who releases the haj pilgrims," he explained.
He also expects the pilgrims to be departed first to prepareeverything for themselves, in addition to physical and mental health, which is important such as documents and not to be missed.
According to him, the quota of haj pilgrims of Banjarmasin embarkation still the same this year as last year 3,050 pilgrims. Until now there are about two pilgrim who died before departing.
"We got the information that one prospective pilgrims from South Hulu Sungai (HSS) and one from Tanah Laut had died. So far there is no other information," he said.
He also revealed that there are eleven keloter which will depart from Syamsuddin Noor airport, including some kloter of pilgrims from the neighboring province of Central Kalimantan.
