Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Pelaihari Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) transfered two suspects in the alleged coal gates (known here as portal) corruption, H and GF, from house arrest into prosecutor's custody.


"The detention of two suspects in the Kejari Pelaihari done because of the condition of security in the village of Simpang Empat Sungai Baru less conducive," said Head of Intelligence Section Kejari Pelaihari Marjuki here on Tuesday.

According to him, to avoid risk then Kejari picked up the two suspects from the village, so that local residents can be calm and security is maintained.

Now, Kejari Pelaihari awaiting determination letter from the Anti-Corruption Court (Tipikor) of Banjarmasin. Whatever the commencement, he said, Kejari ready to run whether it will be city arrest, house arrest or put into prison.

Meanwhile, the suspect's attorney Mahyudin said because there were public reports that the two suspects out of the house, then Kejari called him.

Currently the case of the two suspects, he said, has been delegated to the Banjarmasin Tipikor, so the determination of status of prisoners awaiting Tipikor determination.

Earlier, hundreds of residents of Sungai Baru Simpang Empat villagers came to Kejari Pelaihari related to G and FH house arrest.

One of the local community leaders said on Monday that if the suspects remains under house arrest, they do not guarantee the security.
