Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Chairman of the Kotabaru Legislative Council (DPRD) Sairi Mukhlis has discussed with the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (KemenPAN-RB) and the South Kalimantan State Employment Agency on non-civil servant workers.
"We discuss about recruitment of Contract-based Government Employees (PPPK) within the Kotabaru District Government," he said here on Monday.
He expounded that this year as many as 300 workers to be recruited through the PPPK program.
"They consisting of 100 honorarium teachers, 100 temporary workers, and 100 other honorarium workers," he said.
The policy to recruit 300 non-permanent government workers to be adjusted to the regional financia capacity.
"On consideration that their salaries are charged to the local government," he affirmed.
However, he expects that the number could be increased considering the required manpower needs.
