Martapura, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Banjar Police has named three suspects of the murder of one family, father, mother and son, which occurred on last Wednesday (24/2) predawn.


Banjar Police Chief AKBP Kukuh Prabowo through Chief of Criminal Detective unit (Reskrim) AKP Budi Prasetyo in Martapura on Thursday said police named three suspects on the case.

"Three person named as suspects, N as the main actor assisted by two colleagues, initials I and Z. All three have been arrested," AKP Budi told reporters.

He said the suspect N alias Anang is the biological child of Majid Sobari (70), who was killed along with his wife Rusnawati , and the suspect's younger brother Muharamsyah.

N is a lecturer at the Polytechnic Banjarmasin. Based on the initial allegations he killed three victims at home in the Sekumpul Village, Martapura, Banjar.

"Suspect N is the owner of the car used to transport the bodies of the three victims and two colleagues just helped and secured when found near the car," said the Reskrim Unit chief.

According to him, the motive of the murder which shocked the public because the suspect N wanted to give lessons to his younger brother for alleged tempting N's wife.

"The suspect confessed to I and Z he was upset because his brother teasing his wife. However, this only a first approximation, since it is possible that there are other motives," he said.

Police is still conducting an examination of the three suspects and deepen motives that make suspect N, as the main actor,killed his own family.

Recognition of suspect N, the sadistic acts first performed to his brother Muharamsyah by hitting the back of his head to death.

Then, the suspect slew his biological father by way roped his neck and the same way to Rusnawati, which was N's stepmother.

"After death, they brought by the suspect N assisted by colleagues I and Z using car that then netted by Astambul police, Wednesday (24/2) predawn," he said.
