Amuntai resident, Khalidiyah, said she was happy over the fall of drizzling even if only briefly so that the thick smog that enveloped the town during the week seemed to disappear.

Until noon Amuntai appeared clean and no smog as usual, so that the activities of citizens outside the home more comfortable.
Earlier on Monday morning the District Government of HSU held Istisqa prayer or prayer for asking rain in Pahlawan Field, Amuntai.
Take part in the implementation of the Istisqa HSU Regent Abdul Wahid, Vice Regent Husairi Abdi, Chairman of Assembly, Chief Police, the Balangan Amuntai 1001 district military commander, local government officials, religious leaders, community leaders and citizens.
Local Government itself since September 21 has imposed a state of emergency because of smog visibility is only about 10-15 meters.
