Martapura, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Banjar Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Coding Agency made an innovation by publishing the COVID-19 pocketbook as a guide to understand the coronavirus disease that is now become a global pandemic.
Head of the agency Aidil Basith here on Saturday said, the pocketbook was made to help people in understanding the COVID-19 as directed by the Banjar Regional Secretary Mokhammad Hilman.
"In accordance with the direction of the regional secretary, people should be informed about COVID-19 clearly and correctly, so they do not get wrong information about the disease," he pointed out.
he said, the pocketbook was made in Banjar language version, making it easier for local people to read and digest to understand the COVID-19.
The book divided into three subjects, namely things about the coronavirus, then the guide to new normal, and the last about various activities of the district government in handling the disease.
"Six of our sources are used as references in the pocketbook, including the Task Force for the Acceleration Handling ofCOVID-19, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and WHO, thus the public need not hesitate to read it," he said.
It is hoped, through the pocketbook, the socialization and handling of COVID-19 to spread evenly, thus the people can do their activities in accordance with the health protocol in new normal era toward a productive and safe society.
