APBD-P Delivery Will Be 19 August

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Discussion of  Public Policy on Budget Planning and the South Kalimantan Temporary Budget Ceiling and Priorities (KUPA/PPAS) for the 2013 revised budget was late when compared to previous years.

Chairman of the Provincial Legislative Assembly Colonel (Retired) Nasib Alamsyah here on Wednesday said it was due to delay in submission of audit results (LHP) by State Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK-RI) on the 2013 South Kalimantan Government Finance Report (LKPD).

"But thank God, on Monday night (12/8) with South Kalimantan Governor H Rudy Ariffin, we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding` on KUPA/PPAS of the 2013 revised budget (APBD_P)," he said citing the delivery of draft budget scheduled 19 August.

Previously, Governor Rudy Ariffin said the proposed APBD amandment (APBD-P) is Rp5,38 trillion, an increase of Rp830,2 billion (18.24 per cent) of the 2013 APBD (pure budget).

The 2013 South Kalimantan APBD-P in general put priority on the development of education, health and infrastructure, especially programs based estimates can be completed before the end of 2013. ***
