Barabai, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Quick Reaction Teams (TRC) of the Ministry of Social Affairs outreach to perform data validation and information related to Social Assistance for People With Severe Disability (ASODKB) program in Central Hulu Sungai.
According to TRC member of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs Nursyamsu Kusuma here on Sunday, the activities carried out to see the facts on the field directly.
"After doing outreach, we found older women who turns their names are not included in the list of beneficiaries ASODKB program," he said.
Both the elderly on behalf Adawiyah (93), a resident of the village of Kundan, and Baiduri (75), resident of the Tilahan village in the district Hantakan.
Both, he says, is a social welfare problem (POM) displaced experiencing isolation, physical disability and psychotic or psychiatric disorders.
Besides not listed in ASODKB, both elderly POM is not listed as recipients of Social Assistance Elderly program (ASLUT). In fact, Adawiyah also not listed as BLSM recipient.
He added that outreach activities conducted with Rumah Manusia Foundation (RMF), district officer of Voluntary Social Workers (TKSK), Social Affairs and local midwife.
