Banjarmasin, 31/5 (Antaranews, South Kalimantan) - Member of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia HM Sofwat Hadi argued, the peak months of community service activities of mutual aid societies in Banjarbaru, bring sustenance for the people of South Kalimantan.
"Because (beside the activity) also ongoing exhibition of various provinces in Indonesia in Banjarbaru Murjani Field and a selling area for local people," he said in Banjarmasin, Friday.
"We can not count how many they are selling, especially street vendors or impromptu, as well as the benefits that they can," said a two periods DPD member of the origin of the constituency of South Kalimantan.
Similarly, eating houses located in and around Banjarbaru looks crowded, not only by those who want to see the exhibition, but also exhibitors from outside the province.
133 participants from four ministries, 71 stand of provinces, districts and cities, 31 booths of South Kalimantan provincial government, 12 state/local owned enterprises as well as 15 private booths take part in the exhibition, which held during three days.
"Therefore, although Vice President Boediono only about three hours in Banjarbaru (35 km north Banjaramasin) to attend the national peak activity months of service mutual aid societies, but still bring benefits," he added.
Retired police with final ranking AKBP, less agree if anyone thinks the arrival of Vice President Boediono to the province on May 30, 2013 as something that is redundant, because the spending budget reach Rp5 billion.
