Science Experiment Made Locally

Tanjung, (Antaranews South Kalimantan) - Foundation Adaro Bangun Negeri (YABN) launched a science experiment  made locally book, as the results of creative science teachers in the province of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan.

According to Deputy Director of YABN, Ignas Iryanto on Sunday at Tanjung, the capital District of Tabalong, locally made science experiment books as evidence of a material nature that could be an interesting science experiment materials.

"We partnered with Rumah Sains Ilma in making science experiment made locally book in the hope this book can increase interest in science among students, "said Iryanto.

Launch of science experiment books locally made written by A Muzi Marpaung held on Saturday (18/5) at the auditorium of the Islamic Center, the Village Maburai sub-District of Murung Pudak at once with science tool exhibition and final  Olympic of science projects for elementary school. 

Director YABN Damayanti Okty revealed the foundation will continue to expand the reach of science program in elementary and junior high schools so that more students and teachers are inspired to recognize and cultivate science. 

"Currently about 500 teachers and 1,250 elementary school students and junior high school science learning workshop and 12 science club has been formed," explained Okty.
