Banjarbaru, (Antaranews, South Kalimantan) - The national exam (UN) documents for high school students and equivalent stored at Resort Police Headquarters (Mapolres) Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, before distributed to schools exam organizer.
Head of Banjarbaru Education Agency Ahmadi Arsyad, Thursday (11/4) said he had coordinated with police to secure the documents those classified as state secrets. According to him, storage in the police station office is adequate security and technically the documents will directly be distributed to the schools a few hours before the test.
"Mapolres is enough. It so different from other regions that stores documents in sector police headquarters (Polsek), because the distance of Mapolres with schools exam organizers relatively close," he said.
He said he fully entrust the storage and security of the exam papers to the police, thus ensuring confidential documents not to be leaked before the exam. Moreover, he said, the documents stored in special rooms and three shared keys are held by three different parties, making it less likely to be lost or taken.
Chief of Banjarbaru Resort Police Headquaters AKBP Budi Santoso said a special room has been prepared to store documents of the national exam. "We have prepared a special room for document storage in Intelkam unit. Officers guarded the office and there were three layers key submitted to us, exam committee and employees of the education," he said.
Submission of documents to the Mapolres scheduled for Friday (12/4) and will be distributed to schools starting Monday (15/4) to Thursday (18/4).
