Head of The South Kalimantan Central Agency of Statistics Iskandar Zulkarnain on Monday,
Farmer exchange (NTP) in South Kalimantan in February
2013 recorded 106.83, up 0.35 percent compared to January 2013 when it reached 106.45.
While NTP Kalsel January 2013 fell 0.51 percent compared to December 2012 when
it reached 107.00, according to the Head of the South Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency
(BPS) Iskandar Zulkarnain, in Banjarmasin, Monday.
NTP Rising in February 2013 due to the index of prices received by farmers (It)
has increased by 0.72 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib)
increased by only 0.36 percent.
Judging from
the subsector, the two sub-sectors of agriculture has increased NTP, which is 0.67
percent of food crops and smallholder sub-sector of 0.60 percent. Then the three
sub-sectors decreased NTP, the horticulture sub-sector by 0.05 percent, 0.31
percent and farm fisheries subsector of 0.46 percent.
In February 2013, nationwide, Kalsel experiencing the highest increase in NTP, instead
of East Java and West Java's highest NTP declined 0.81 percent.
