PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa (ITP) Tarjun Plant, Kotabaru, conducted a social action entitled Indocement Goes To Community as a form of concern for the surrounding environment.
Many things done in these activities, such as cleaning the public area, devotional work and other positive activities.
Tarjun ITP Plant also carried out cleaning and painting of the canal river bridge in Tarjun Village, Kelumpang Hilir Sub-district.
The bridge is the link between the shaft road area in the local sub-district. As many as 75 people took part in the activities initiated by the ITP.
In its press release, ITP said that the Indocement Goes To Community involved Technical Director, Indocement General Manager, Workers' Unions and employees from various lines and surrounding villagers.
Indocement Technical Director Hasan Imer who was accompanied by GM said the program was intended to further enhance the harmony between the company and the surrounding environment based on the principle of a win-win relationship.
The village head Tarjun Sahrani stated that the programs carried out by the company were very useful for the community, because they could indirectly share with each other.
