Almost two hundreds riders took their challange in a dirt bike adventure called Regent Kotabaru Trail Game with a title "Hayau Barait seri 2" or keep crossing seri 2.
Regent Kotabaru H Sayed Jafar said the dirt bike game was a form of the government support toward tourism in the district. The start took place at Gedambaan Beach Circuit, one of the main attraction here.
The Trail Game competed two categories, namely individual categories followed by 130 participants and team categories involving 38 teams. One team was filled with four riders.
This match which lasted for two days was to fight for a prize of a new series of dirt bike, besides other attractive prizes.
Regent H Seyed Jafar yesterday (April 29) closed the event which was held to commemorate the 69th anniversary of Kotabaru..
In his remarks he congratulated the champions and advised all riders to continue to improve their abilities.
"Congratulations to the champions, keep practicing, let's take care of this circuit, God willing, after Eid we will hold series 3 trail game," said the regent in his release.
Winners for Regent Kotabaru Trail Game Hayau Barait Series 2 for team category were first champion Batu Tunau, second Pacucuan Mak, and third champion Tiga Botak.
Whereas for the individual category the first winner Dwi, the second winner Dony, the third Junian, while 1st hopeful championsWahyu, the 2nd hopeful Gayut and the third hopeful Eko.
Attending the closing event were the District Secretary, representatives of Forkopimda, head of government agencies, and hundreds of people who were very enthusiastic in crowding the Gedambaan circuit.
