HSU ready to serve eight dialysis patients per day

Amuntai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The North Hulu Sungai (HSU)District Hospital of Pambalah Batung Amuntai, South Kalimantan, is ready to serve dialysis for eight patients per day.

"We have recorded 20 dialysis patients in HSU. We plan to serve eight patients per day," said Director of  Pambalah Batung Hospital Dr. Badrus in Amuntai on Tuesday.

Badrus said the dialysis service (Hemodialysis) in Pambalah Batung Hospital has been opened since Wednesday, so the HSU community no longer needed to do dialysis treatment outside the district.

Chairwoman of the HSU's Family PLanning Movement (TP PKK) Anisah Rasyidah while reviewing the blood washing facility on Tuesday hoped that the existence of this service unit to be socialized to the public.

According to her, it is appropriate for the Pambalah Batung Hospital to have dialysis facilities, because the hospital already holds the title of five-star accreditation.

"We thank the managing director and hospital employees who have worked hard to improve service to the community," Anisah said.
