Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Thousands of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, residents went down the street for BUMN Present for the Nation (BHUN) healthy walk held by Perum Bulog and PT Timah on August 19.
Since early in the morning, thousands people queued to register for the five-kilometer healthy walk while at the same time getting prize coupon and free meals prepared by the organizing team.
The healthy walk was also enlivened with joint Jumba gymnastics before all participants walk around according to the specified route.
Most of the people seemed enthusiastic, with the reason in addition to being healthier, they also wanted to get various kinds of prizes presented by the organizers.
"It's very nice if an event like this is held every year, in addition to getting free t-shirts, free meals, as well as the opportunity to get prizes," said a participant.
Compared to the previous year, the BHUN healthy walk this year was more lively because it involved many communities with targets three thousand participants.
Of the three thousand target participants, one thousand from state-owned enterprises (BUMN) employees and two thousand participants from the general public.
The committee prepared prizes quite a lot for the healthy walk which began at the O Kilometer monument. The main prizes were two motorbikes, as well as dozens of other prizes, such as mountain bikes, televisions, and others, which were quite interesting.
