Banjarmasin, (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor wants to set up construction services in his province which consist of 13 districts and cities.
In his explanation on the construction service draft bill in local council (DPRD) plenary session chaired by the chairman H Burhanuddin on Wednesday, governor hopes through the regulation, there will be more active citizen participation, public safety and environmental comfort that ensures the governance of construction services.
Then to create value-added integration of all stages of construction services, he continued in an explanation read by Vice Governor H Rudy Resnawan.
According to him, the development of increasingly complex construction services and high competition in the region requires legal umbrella and business certainty, especially protection for users and providers of the services.
He hopes that the construction regulations will support various development activities in the province, as well as to contribute to the growth and development of various goods and services industries in the provision of construction services.
Along with the submission of the draft legislation, the DPRD also conveyed an explanation of the plan to change the rules of the legislative institution as a follow up of the mandate of Law no.23/2014 and Government Regulation No.12/2018.yang
