Kandangan, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Acting Regent of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) H Ardiansyah appreciated the organic fertilizer innovated by his citizens who recently received awards at the South Kalimantan provincial level.
He said Jarkasi innovation is useful for the development of agriculture and plantation, especially in HSS. His work has raised the district's name, both at the district, provincial and even national level.
"Jarkasi has won the first winner of the Technology Innovation Competition (TTG) at HSS district level, then the first winner at the provincial level on April 25, 2018, in the Banjarbaru BLK hall," he said when receiving Jarkasi in his office.
Head of Community Empowerment Agency (PMD) Kamidi said in the TTG race Jarkasi featuring organic fertilizer processing, using natural ingredients that are easily obtained.
"The materials used, among others, rice, small bamboo roots, bamboo shoots, palm sugar, rice wash water, and coconut water," he said.
Next Jarkasi will follow the national technology innovation race which is planned to be held in Bali.
