Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The state power company PT PLN Region South and Central Kalimantan is ready to support the national strategic project (PSN), especially for the Jorong industrial area, Tanah Bumbu industrial estate, and Syamsudin Noor Airport.
GM PT PLN Region South and Central Kalimantan Sudirman in Banjarbaru on Tuesday said the state company is ready to support the electricity system in the three areas of PSN.
PLN's support for PSN, among others in Syamsudin Noor Airport, by constructing a substation. "PLN has completed construction of the substation as the main supply to the airport," he said.
If there are no significant constraints, he predicts, in May 2018 the substation is ready to operate.
Previously, the Board of Directors of PT PLN met with South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor in Kiram Tourism Village, Banjar District, Monday (4/16). He was accompanied by Commerce Manager Prio Wurianto, HRD and General Manager Lucas Criswantara and Public Relations Bayu.
"For Sudirman, the meeting with the governor is something very important, considering he has just served about 1.5 months," he explained.
Governor H Sahbirin Noor hopes PLN continues to maintain the stability of electricity supply for the benefit of the community.
"Continue to establish the coordination and synergy of togetherness to build the region, including joint efforts to support the development of strategic projects in South Kalimantan," said the governor.
