Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Regional Police through the Directorate of Traffic applies the validation of Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) without the cost of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP).
"Starting March 14, 2018, there will be no more PNBP fees for the approval of the annual STNK," explained Head of STNK Section of the Directorate of Traffic (Ditlantas) Kompol Henry Novika Chandra in Banjarmasin on Thursday.
He said it referred to the Telegram Letter of National Police Chief No.STR/111/III/HUK.3.2/2018 dated March 13, 2018, that PNBP fees for Annual STNK is suspended as of March 14, 2018.
Order of the Police Chief to follow up Supreme Court Decision No.12 P/HUM/2017 Date June 14, 2017 regarding Material Test against Attachment Number E Number 1 and 2 Government Regulation (PP) No.60/2016 about Types and Tariffs of PNBP validation of Annual STNK.
Henry explained, his side has implemented instructions and directives from the National Police Chief.
"We have received the circular letter, so the cost of validation of vehicle registration throughout Samsat (Vehicle Document Registration Center) has been deleted," said former Head of Banjarmasin Traffic Police.
The police officer added that from the Supreme Court's decision, the cost of validating the annual STNK Rp25 thousand for motorcycles and Rp50 thousand for the car is not applied anymore.
As for the five-year tax on the replacement of license plate remains in effect, the motorcycle Rp100 thousand and Rp200
thousand for cars.
