Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Members of the South Kalimantan Police's Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba)  has thwarted 240,000 drugs that will be circulated in the local city.


"When the goods have just arrived on an expedition, we immediately arrested the perpetrators who wanted to take it," said Director of Police Drug Investigation Sr Comr Muhammad Firman in Banjarmasin on Sunday.

He said, from the arrest of a man named TR alias R (37), the officer then developed the case to capture the owner named R (46).

"The owner of the goods was secured at his home Jalan Belitung Darat, Banjarmasin Barat," Firman told AntaranewsKalsel.

He said the seized evidence was a G-class drug had been banned from circulation consisting of four boxes containing 40,000 Carnophen or Zenith pills and two boxes containing 200,000 white drug with LL logo.

The disclosure of the illegal drug delivery led by Chief Subdirectorate I Ditresnarkoba Comr Sudia Permana SH after the police received information on the supply of illegal drugs will enter South Kalimantan through the expedition services on Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 5.

"Both suspects are charged with Article 197 of Law No. 36 of 2009 on Junto Health Article 55 of the Criminal Code," said Firman.
