Tapin Police Secures Thousands Koplo Pills

Rantau, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Tapin Narcotics Unit Police (Resnarkoba) secured thousands koplo pills (diazepam tablets) and hundreds bottles of alcohol, Friday (8/12).

Tapin Resnarkoba Police Enen Sofian said, the suspect also secured. "We managed to secure the perpetrator on Wednesday afternoon behind the former Rantau cinema," he said.

The arrest of the suspect began with the victim drowned in the Tapin river some time ago. Before he plunged, the victim was in a drunken state.

"The drowning victim obtained illicit goods (that caused his death) from the suspect," he said.

The dealer was RD (27), resident of Mandarahan (behind the former Rantau Cinema), Sub-district of North Tapin.

During a search at RD's house, Resnarkoba securing 160 zenith pills, 1,000 Dextro pills, 120 bottles of alcohol, and two mobile phones.

"The perpetrator is a drug recidivist, but still not deterrent," he said again.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator and evidences directly secured in Tapin Police headquarters for further legal proceedings.
