Head of the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI) of South Kalimantan Representative Rahmadi said, after examining their 2023 Regional Finance Reports (LKPD), all districts and cities in South Kalimantan, including Barito Kuala, declared worthy of obtaining unqualified Opinion (WTP).

“Even though BPK South Kalimantan found several notes that needed to be followed up immediately, they had no effect on the presentation of LKPD," said Rahmadi in a press statement, Wednesday.

According to him, there is still time to follow up the recommendation in the examination report (LHP) within 60 days.

"This is regulated in Article 20 paraghraph (3) of Law No.15 of 2024 concerning Examination of Management and Responsibility of State Finance,” he expounded.

The District Government of Barito Kuala has retained the highest assessment of WTP for nine times in a row from 2015 to 2023. 

The award was handed over by Head of BPK-RI South Kalimantan Rahmadi to acting Regent of Barito Kuala Mujiyat at BPK office in Banjarbaru, Wednesday (May 8, 2024).
