Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Regent along village heads throughout Tanah Laut learned and to
be trained about government science for village head at the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) Jatinangor, Monday (31/10).
The delegation was received by Governor of IPDN Prof Ermaya Suryadinata in the VIP meeting room of IPDN
campus, Jatinangor, West Java.
"Training for headman is firstly performed by the district in South Kalimantan," said Regent Tanah Laut H Bambang Alamsyah in Bandung.
According to him, the training is one of the efforts to build the Tanah Laut, not only of physical development, but also human resources.
"HR is paramount to promote development," he said.
Human Resource Development for the village chief to lead the village, called him, is very important that governance and management of the village goes well.
He hoped all village heads to be well and seriously learn good administration in the government, especially from IPDN which is more competent, so the realization of a mental revolution in the district as well as Nawacita
launched by President Jokowi.
On the occasion Tanah Laut and IPDN of signed cooperation in terms of institutions, providing technical guidance/workshop on civic service (kepamongprajaan), field practice and community services for the IPDN.
Attended at the occasion, the assistant of Government Affairs, heads of related SKPD (working unit), chief inspectorate of Tanah Laut, head of governance, and head of legal and legislation.
