Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Kotabaru's National Land Agency (BPN) optimistic realization of free certificate program through the National Agricultural Operations Project (Prona) in 2016 reached 3,100 certificates.
"Prona's target in 2016 is 3,800 certificates, but due to many factors in the field only realized approximately 3,100 certificates or 81.58 per cent," said the Head of BPN Kotabaru H Muhammad Irfan, Tuesday.
Through the Section Head of Land Rights and Land Registration Saiful Hadi, Muhammad Irfan said factors on the ground that constraints of which proof of land ownership, the neighbors' signatures, and other administrative requirements.
Saiful Hadi claimed, up to the current total of 3,100 files were complete and awaiting further processes for printing.
According to him, only in the period of 2016 BPN Kotabaru is not able to meet the target of 100 percent. In contrast to the previous target of free certificates are always a success.
In 2015 period BPN Kotabaru obtained Prona quota by 2,196 certificates and realized a 100 percent, and the 2014 period quota was 2,750 certificates also realized 100 percent.
While in the period 2017, Kotabaru District gets a quota of Prona program by 7,000 certificates.
"God willing, starting early next year we will come to the sub-districts in Kotabaru to socialize Prona certificate program," said Saiful Hadi.
He hoped, with Prona program people can get proof of legality on land already mastered over the years.
