Kandangan, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The 96th TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) program which carried out for a month has been targeting 33 types of physical develoments.
Commander of District Military Command (Kodim) 1003 Kandangan Lt.Col. Infantry Rudi Namsyah, who is also TMMD Task Force Commander (Dansatgas), here on Monday said that the program is a form of manifestation of concern service operations of the army on the welfare of the community and to help local governments.
The 96th TMMD program has now ended with the closing ceremony some time ago.
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mulyono as a responsible of TMMD in his message revealed approximately one month since May 3, 2016, the soldiers, the local government and all components of society have been working in togetherness with a spirit of mutual cooperation and integrated in completing the program.
"Unity is a positive synergy in addressing the various problems of the nation," he said,
According to him, there is attention and expectations need to follow up the TMMD 96th program , among others, maintain unity and a spirit of mutual cooperation that has been built up well, and maintain the program results so that the remaining life will be long and the benefits can be enjoyed by citizens in the quite a long time period.
In 96th TMMD in 2016 as many as 33 physical targets such as construction and infrastructure improvements are scattered in various military commands regions across Indonesia, including the construction of facilities in the form of new road, road rehabilitation, and street paving.
Other construction were bridge rehabilitation, embankments and culverts, as well as the renovation and construction of houses of worship and schools.
There were also a non-physical target in the form of counseling to the community, among others about national insight, Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, national security and order, drugs, terrorism, people welfare, natural disaster relief, agriculture and fisheries.
Other activities such as sports, arts, mass treatment, as well as the distribution of basic food and bazaar.
This activity was attended by the provincial military commander (Dandim) Antasari 1001 along with the ranks, Lt. Col. Rudi and the ranks, Chairman of the DPRD HSS Syamsuri Arsyad.
Chief of HSS prosecutor Andin Adyaksantoro, the District Secretary HM Ideham, SKPD, Sub-districts heads, Village Heads, community leaders and guests and participants from the TNI, students, and community.
