Acting Regent of North Hulu Sungai (HSU) H Husairi Abdi does not want to cover up the condition of his area where proverty and unemployment are still high.

"Now HSU still has problems of relatively high poverty and unemployment, and low human development index (IPM) compared to South Kalimantan province and national," said Husairi in Amuntai, Thursday (February 24, 2022)

He also said about the limited infrastructure, especially to access remote areas, and the economic condition has not been optimal in exploring local potential.
 
When opening Public Consultation Forum for the preparation of the 2023-2026 Regional Development Plan (RPD) and the 2023 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) here Husairi reminded that various programs and activities must be prioritized one so that they are effective and efficient to benefit the public.

Husairi invited the public institution, private, and business world to participate further in the development of HSU District.
