As many as 589 packages containing vitamins and medicines were distributed to COVID-19 patients between January 1 and February 18, 2022, in West Java, the regional COVID-19 Information and Coordination Center (Pikobar) reported.
According to a press statement issued by the West Java public relations office on Saturday, Pikobar also helped schedule consultations for patients with 13 doctors on duty
As per Pikobar data, from January 1 to February 18, 2022, at least 7,949 questions were asked by patients during teleconsultations, with the number of daily questions reaching 719 on February 18, 2022.
Meanwhile, during the same period, the services were accessed around 1,198 times, with the number of patients accessing the services reaching 117 on February 18.
Meanwhile, 18,345 people utilized Pikobar's Self-Isolation Teleconsultation Service from July 4, 2021, to February 18, with the total number of questions reaching 60,144.
In addition, the number of requests for Vitamin and Medicine Request and Distribution Services reached 23,929, with 22,408 requests for Non-Teleconsultation and 1,520 Teleconsultation from July 4, 2021, to February 18, 2022.
The total number of packages provided to people reached 14,707, the center said.
Currently, West Java residents undergoing self-isolation are enjoying the services through the Pikobar application, it added.
One such patient, Elma Anugrah from Margahayu, East Bekasi, said on Saturday that she received medicinal and vitamin aid from the West Java provincial government through Pikobar.
