The Swarga Loka tourist destination is a mainstay in North Hulu Sungai where most of its area is swampy. The area is located between the Tabalong River in the east and the Barito River in the west.

The journey was taken by motorized boat with only two passengers wandering through a vast expanse of which is overgrown with purun plants.

One of the facilities of the tourist site is a fire monitoring tower, which was built for tourists as well as a place to monitor forest and land fire to anticipate. It was also used to spy on illegal logging.
