Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Directorate of General Criminal South Kalimantan Regional Police captured a fake lawyer who deceive the victim by hundreds of millions rupiah.
"He was caught while relaxing drinking coffee in the Lama Market. He was arrested after the victim reports that he was cheated," said Director of the Directorate General Criminal Police Commissioner Yustan Alfiani in Banjarmasin, Thursday.
Mode conducted by Dharson (50), a resident of South Kuin, against the victim, that he could take care for victim wining the auction at the Banjarmasin State Prosecutor's Office.
Victim and perpetrator finally agreed money for the auction winning Rp240 million with an advance of 20 percent Rp86 million.
But no news anymore after that, and the victim was suspicious ultimately report to the Directorate of General Criminal. Then, a team of police down to the field and managed to catch the perpetrator.
Dharson has been named as a suspect. Five witnesses questioned by police investigators.
"We also call on victims who werel cheated by the perpetrator immediately report and it will be material in the investigation," said Yustan.
