Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - A director of a company sued seven years and six months in prison by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) in the corruption trial at the Corruption Court in Banjarmasin.


"The demands of attorney is not in accordance with the facts revealed in court," said defense counsel, Zulfadillah, SH.

At a hearing on Tuesday (31/3) afternoon, Director of Triarmila Perkasa more silent and did not want to talk much after hearing charges read out by the prosecutor.

Defense counsel said that the demands of attorney is only based on a conclusion and assumption when the facts revealed the role of the defendant was not proven at all in the case of alleged corruption in the procurement of goods and services.

Prosecutors based only on the testimony of witnesses Badruz Saufari stating that the person who provides data to the University of Lambung Mangkurat was a defendant's errand, but there is no evidence in the trial.

"This case is actually not in the realm of corruption because this shape is only an agreement in the contract procurement and was approved," he said after the hearing.

Meanwhile, the JPU of the State Attorney Banjarmasin Ali Riza SH said demands that read are in accordance with what has been done by the defendant.
