The perpetrator was known as Yanto alias Sinto (29), a resident of Banjarmasin, caught at the scene due to rapid police response when receiving reports from the public.
Sarjono continued to say, the beginning of the incident because Awi, the victim, often mock the actor. When Oneng Awi relaxed in the former Bagau, perpetrator directly attacked with a knife which he often carries.
Sinto charged under Article 351 paragraph 1 and 3 in conjunction with 340 of the Criminal Justice Act (Criminal Code) punishable by 15 years in prison.
