The Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK-RI) branch of South Kalimantan gave the North Hulu Sungai's 2020 financial report an unqualified opinion, the best audit grade.

Regent of North Hulu Sungai (HSU) H Abdul Wahid HK in Banjarbaru on Friday (May 28, 2021) expressed his gratitude to all parties because his government's financial report has received WTP six times.

"Thank you BPK branch of South Kalimantan for your guidance and assessment, speaker and members of HSU DPRD, heads of SKPDs who have worked well, until we can obtain WTP again," said Wahid.

The re-achievement of WTP, he said, at least shows the commitment and efforts of the local government in managing finances in an accountable manner according to the government accounting that can be accounted for, both legally and in terms of its use.

“The audit from BPK will be the basis for continuing development and governance in the future, so it will get better, especially in the management of regional finance,” he said.

The handover of the audit (LHP) was carried out by the Chairman of the BPK branch of South Kalimantan Muhammad Ali Asyhar to Regent H. Abdul Wahid HK who was accompanied by HSU DPRD Speaker Almien Ashar Safari.

Also present and witnessed the Head of HSU Finance and Asset Management Agency Suyudi and Head of Inspectorate H Abdul Hamid.
