Paringin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Balangan, South Kalimantan, hosted the qualifying Danone Cup 2015 region 11 South Kalimantan implemented by Danone for players aged 11-12 years.
Chief Executive of Danone Cup Balangan, Syamsul Mu `arif, in Paringin on Saturday said South Kalimantan is in regions 11 in Indonesia for Danone Cup championship in 2015.
East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan and South Kalimantan took part in the qualification which took place in Lokbatu village, Batu Mandi.
Balangan alone this year only bring into eight groups of four teams in the same group with qualification system. Four teams will be selected to compete in Demang Lehman stadium Martapura, South Kalimantan.
"The match held two days, 21 and 22 of February, to produce the four remaining teams in the knockout later to face teams from other zones in Demang Lehman," he explained.
In 2013 he said, Balangan reached number five in Indonesia, then in 2014 Binuang represented South Kalimantan and won ranks three in Indonesian.
