Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Tjahjo Kumolo inaugurated Tabalong's one-stop Public Service Mall (MPP), Monday (Dec 14, 2020).

Tjahjo Kumolo said that this MPP provides 147 types of public services from licensing, population document, and taxation.

"The many services are provided to make it easier for the public to have various permit documents," he explained.

The Tabalong's MPP combines services from central, provincial, district government, and inter-agencies in one building. This is in line with the vision and mission of the central government to provide good services to the public.

"(Now) it is easier for the people in Tabalong to handle important documents related to demography and others,” said Tjahjo Kumolo.

Regent of Tabalong Anang Syakfiani said a number of supporting facilities are also provided at the MPP, including meeting rooms, children playground, reading corners, mushala or prayer room, lactation room as well as facilities for people with disabilities.

The presence of MPP itself is a strategic step of the Tabalong government in improving public services. Especially the local government is intensifying the Electronic-Based Government System(SPBE) which makes it easier for the public as service consumers.
