Barabai, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The Education Agency of Central Hulu Sungai District, South Kalimantan Province, in cooperation with Telkom seeks to improve the quality of education by multiplying the Internet network.
HST Regent Harun Nurasid in Barabai on Monday said the local government now in cooperation with Telkom to increase internet access in schools, in the hope that access is able to be fully utilized as a learning medium.
"To improve the quality of education, its facilities as well as facilities for learning media, to our attention, hopefully they can be realizedin through our cooperation with PT Telkom Indonesia ," he said.
In addition, the local government is also working to improve the quality of education, through the improvement of teacher qualifications, teacher ability, teacher discipline, and teacher commitment to the task.
According to Harun, the development of education in the HST has been much progress. But also be aware, there are many educational issues that must be resolved together, and gradually, in line with the times and the changing demands in the field of education itself.
