Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The Tanah Laut District Government, the local consultative forum ( Muspida), religious leaders and community leaders refused the Islamic Of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), said Regent, H Bambang Alamsyah, in Pelaihari, Monday (1/9).


"The government officially banned the movement of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in Indonesia which is contrary to the ideology of Pancasila," said H Bambang Alamsyah.

According to him, as a form of serious denial to the ISIS, Muspida with religious leaders and community leaders agreed to declare rejection.

"Declaration of denial is at the Office yard of Regent. Reading and signing of the declaration made by Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) Chairman, Chairman of MUI Tanah Laut, boarding school and BKPRMI Forum, " he said

He hope that all citizens of the Tanah Laut jointly counteract radicalism  not to develop in the district. He explained, ISIS is not a religious issue, but a problem of ideology. If related to the Indonesian state, ISIS ideology is contrary to the ideology of Pancasila and the Republic of Indonesia.

"Therefore, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in the District of Tanah Laut does not allow and reject ISIS to be developed in this area, because it contrary to Pancasila, the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI),  and our diversity, "said the regent.
