Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Aug 26 (Antara) - Hermansyah, a member of the South Kalimantan Provincial Legislative Agency (DPRD), has urged the province`s pavilion in the Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park (Taman Mini) to promote the region`s potential.
"The South Kalimantan pavilion in Taman Mini should promote the region`s potential as often as possible through various activities," Hermansyah stated here on Tuesday.
He noted that South Kalimantan will be widely known if various activities and performances are conducted at its pavilion in Taman Mini in Jakarta.
"If the potential of the province is intensively promoted as often as possible at our pavilion in Taman Mini, many tourists, both domestic and foreign, will come to South Kalimantan," he emphasized.
According to him, South Kalimantan has myriad natural, historical, and cultural attractions that should be intensively promoted at the Taman Mini pavilion.
