Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The Kotabaru District Secretary, H Suriansyah, states local governments do not allow officials to use official car for mudik (homecoming). 


"No exception for PNS (civil servants) or officials, we do not grant permission to use official car for going home," said District Secretary here on Tuesday. 

If anyone forced to use mobdin (official cars), because they do not get public transport when going home. Then operational cost do not use state money, but of personal expenses. 

Meanwhile, South Kalimantan Governor Rudy Ariffin, on 1434 Hijri last year appealed not to use red plate car used for mudik when Idul Fitri. 

"We did not issue a restraining order or circular on the use of official cars for Eid, but should not be used for going out of town," said the Governor. 

According to the rules, official cars should not be used for personal gain, so do not let the current red plate car Eid milling inside and outside the city.
