The Military Commander (Dandim) of 1003 Kandangan Lt. Col. Infantry Suhardi Aji Sriwijayanto leads the land and forest fire (Gulbencal) disaster management operations in the HSS area by applying the Tactical Floor Game (TFG) application.
"After receiving an operation order from the Commander of 101 Antasari Military Command (Danrem), we immediately led the operation of forest and land fire mitigation in the HSS District," he said on Friday (6/21).
Emergency response simulations were carried out in Mawangi and Lumpangi Villages, Padang Batung Subdistrict, involving the task force incorporated in the PRCPB, district government, Police, BPBD, manggala agni (firefighters brigade), volunteers, Basarnas, PMK, PDAM, related agencies, PT Antang and other companies.
The simulation started with emergency response phase, coordinatingevacuation, evacuation to blackout operations.
The well coordinated simulations with relevant agencies made the fire extinguished quickly and precisely, thus the situation was controlled and conducive.
"The activity was continued with post-disaster management by normalizing both evacuees, public facilities and infrastructure are restored as before. With the fire which burned the land and houses of residents already extinguished, the situation returned conducive," he said.
He then reported on the results of the disaster management operation in the HSS to the Provincial Miitary Commander (Danrem) that the simulation was carried out with the TFG application to rehearse post I "Antasari Bhakti XXXVIII" in 2019.
