Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, ranks 21st with a high compliance predicate in the standard of public service in 2018.
Kotabaru Regent's Expert Staff for Government H Akhmad Rivai on Wednesday said Kotabaru was ranked 21st out of 199 districts with a score of 92.51.
"According to the Indonesian Ombudsman the evaluation of the fulfillment of the standard components of service in 199 district government shows 48 of them (24.12%) are in the red zone with a low compliance title; 88 (44.22%) are in the yellow zone with moderate compliance; 63 (31.66%) belong to the green zone with a high degree of compliance," he said.
Of the 13 districts and cities in South Kalimantan, there are eight districts and one city surveyed.
The results of the Indonesian Ombudsman's assessment, four districts entered in the green zone namely South Hulu Sungai with a value of 92.53; Kotabaru 92,51; Banjar 85,16; and Central Hulu Sungai 83.96.
While the four districts are in the yellow zone include Tabalong with a score of 75.07; Barito Kuala 73.82; Tapin 68.46; and North Hulu Sungai 56.45.
Then the city that is included in the green zone is Banjarbaru with a score of 92.09.
Rivai explained compliance assessment aims to remind the obligation of state administrators to provide the best service to the public based on facts of service standards.
