Pelaihari, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Regent of Tanah Laut H Bambang Alamsyah expects all village apparatus to be able to tidy up their financial management.
Financial management, he said, is related to the ability of villages to utilize the funds allocated and able to absorb investment on regional development.
The regent reminded that Tanah Laut has now entered the era of the port industry as a strategic area of national development. The district must certainly prepare the infrastructure, human resources, and bureaucracy.
The regent was speaking related to the village budget as Head of Tanah Laut Village Community Empowerment Agency HM Hanil said the village budget of the district in 2018 is Rp93.6 billion.
"The village budget ceiling of Rp93.6 billion in 2018 comes from village taxes, village fees, and village funds," said HM Hanil in Pelaihari, Tuesday (16/1).
According to him, the village funds alone amounted to Rp73.8 billion, Rp3.3 billion in village taxes and village retribution Rp569,234,193, bringing the total village funds to Rp93.6 billion.
Of all villages in Tanah Laut, he said, the village with a large budget ceiling in 2018 is the village of Tajau Pecah worth Rp1,8 billion and the lowest budget ceiling obtained by Guntung Besar Village worth Rp1, 1 billion.
He hoped that the use of village funds in the Tanah Laut must be in accordance with their respective proportionalities.
